Take a Right out of the parking lot.
Go to Aspen Hill Rd. and take a Right.
Go to Viers Mill Rd. and take a Right.
Follow Viers Mill Rd. to downtown Rockville.
Cross over Rockville Pike (Route 355)
Viers Mill Rd. becomes Montgomery Ave. on the other side of Route 355.
Follow Montgomery Ave. for about 2 miles to Route 270.
Take Route 270 North toward Frederick.
Follow Route 270 for at least 20 miles.
Take Exit 31A – this will be Route 85. It is before you actually get to downtown Frederick.
Stay on Route 85. Take a Left onto Route 355 North.
Follow Route 355 for about 1 mile.
Turn Right onto Mt. Olivet Blvd.
Stay on Mt. Olivet until the stop sign at S. Carroll. The gym will be in front of you.
Turn Right on S. Carroll.
Turn Left into the parking lot.
