Take a Right out of the parking lot.
Go to the first traffic light and take a Right onto Aspen Hill Rd.
Go to the first traffic light and take a Left onto Viers Mill Rd.
Follow Viers Mill Rd. for about 2 miles and take a Right onto Randolph Rd.
Follow Randolph Rd. for about 3 miles to Rockville Pike (Rte. 355)
Take a Left onto Rockville Pike
Go about ½ mile and take a Right onto Old Georgetown Rd.
Follow Old Georgetown Rd. for about 2 miles and pass under the Beltway.
After passing under the Beltway, go about another ½ mile.
Take a Left onto Beech Ave. (There will be a YMCA on the Left)
Follow Beech Ave. for about one block.
Take a Left onto Forest Rd.
Follow to the end of Forest Rd.
Park in the parking lot on your Left.
Gym is in the building next to the parking lot.
