How Can You Support Your PTO

There are THREE ways:

1.) Become a member of the MBJHA PTO/Vaad Horim

For $40, your dues payment helps us to continue to provide educational enrichment for students, parents education programs and teacher recognition. For a list of PTO/Vaad Horim services that your dues help to support and a PTO program calendar, please see pages 2-3 in this booklet. 

Check payments can be made payable to the MJBHA PTO/Vaad Horim and returned to the front office or mailed to the PTO/Vaad Horim at: Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy, 13300 Arctic Avenue; Rockville, MD 20853.

New for 2011-2012, at school functions where the PTO is present, dues can be paid using your credit card.  

2.) Support the PTO/Vaad Horim through fundraisers and the following cashback programs at not cost to you:

• Target REDcard holders
• Safeway through Escrip
• Harris Teeter
• General Mills Boxtops for Education
• Giant A+ Bonus Bucks 

3.) By volunteering your time

• Be a PS or LS classroom parent
• Help welcome new families to our community
• Participate in our partnership programs
• Become a partner with a program or fundraiser chair to help strengthen our projects
