The PTO will provide MJBHA families the opportunity to save money and the environment with each shopping trip by selling high-quality, compact, reusable ChicoBag™ shopping bags for $6.00. Each ChicoBag™ reusable shopping bag can hold up to 25 lbs, is machine washable, and can be stuffed into its attached 3"x4" pouch. Montgomery County recently passed a $0.05 bag tax, effective January 2012; get a head start on using reusable shopping bags and support your PTO at the same time! You'll be able to buy ChicoBags™ at school PTO events and by arrangement with Marci Lavine Bloch, ptochicobags@mjbha.org.
