Ivrit 4 credits
The Ivrit requirement is obviated for those students who attend Study Skills for at least two years during their Upper School program. Students in Study Skills can opt for the “Hebrew Equivalency Exam” and receive a notation stating on their transcript that they have fulfilled the equivalent of two years of high school instruction in a foreign language. Alternatively students who have not participated in Arabic or Spanish classes will apply to college without a foreign language on the transcript.

Senior Project/Paper
Senior Internship+
10th Grade Drug Awareness Information Evening
+ The Senior Internship is an opportunity for 12th graders to explore areas of interest in a professional setting over a five week period at the conclusion of the senior year. The 120-hour requirement has often been completed in laboratories, offices, theatres, and auto shops where students gain ‘real life’ experience. Generally, students who study for AP exams through review sessions with their instructors are exempted from ten hours of the requirement for each AP pursued. Each senior completes a brief reflection paper at the end of the internship.
